Developing people is a key theme in all of my work, and leverages one of my Gallup strengths of ‘maximiser’. I have a strengths-based approach to maximise individual and group capabilities, ways of working and thinking. I’m experienced at both developing and facilitating development programs.

  • A women in leadership training program including program managing it end-to-end with internal and external participants

  • Running training sessions and workshops for executive and leadership team

My style:

I believe training should be challenging, but that the pre-requisite for it to be effective is that it’s delivered in a way where participants feel psychologically safe to share, try new things and express themselves. I do this by focusing on building trust with me and amongst participants by using rituals as well as pair and group connection activities focused on relationship-building. This allows people to share authentically, be vulnerable and engage in a way that’s meaningful to them.
